Payments
§1. Generally

Artivoo only enters into agreements with persons who are of legal age (18 years). If you are a minor, you must have permission from the parent.
Contracts are signed in Swedish and English and we deliver worldwide.
Agreement is concluded when you choose to send the order at checkout.
Prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, such as price or printing errors, afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order if, for example, the product is out of stock or in the event of technical problems.
If you wish to correct your order after ordering, we can only do this before your order has left our warehouse.
All goods remain the property of Artivoo until full payment has been received by the company.
Eugén Group AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

§3 Payment
Card payment: you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Select card payment and follow the instructions. The goods are sent immediately after payment and no extra charge will be made. Card payments are handled by Klarna. Only cards activated with 3D Secure work.

Invoice: we offer payment against invoice via our partner Klarna. In case of invoice payment, the goods are sent to the registered address. If you do not want the goods to be sent to your registered address, please use another payment option. There is no additional billing fee (SEK 0). Payment terms 14 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee, late payment interest and applicable reference interest are charged.
Partial payment: we offer partial payment in collaboration with Klarna. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time during the installment period. The installment options we offer are shown at checkout.

Swish: You can pay with the Swish app via your mobile device, contact us for this option. Then follow the instructions with your mobile banking ID. The money will be withdrawn directly from the account you have linked to the Swish app. No extra cost. Upon return, the amount is refunded via the Swish app. The transaction is instant. You will then receive a message in your Swish app that you have received a refund.
